📦Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate our licensing and subscription service:

• License & Account Data: Your email address and license key, collected when you purchase a subscription through Gumroad. Used solely to validate your subscription and deliver product access.
• Usage Metadata: Basic app version, operating system type, and license validation timestamps — used to maintain service integrity and deliver updates.
• Payment Information: Processed entirely by Gumroad. XPulse Labs does not collect, store, or handle credit card or payment details directly.
• Support Communications: Any messages you send to our support email are stored for the purpose of resolving your request.

🚫What We Do NOT Collect

We are explicit about what our apps do not collect:

• Your Instagram or X (Twitter) username, password, or session tokens
• Your social media account content, posts, messages, or media
• Any information transmitted through the browser session used for automation
• Your IP address or precise geolocation data
• Behavioral data or analytics from inside the app
• Any data from your local file system beyond files you explicitly select for posting

🌐How the Apps Work — Browser Sessions

Both IG Pulse Pro and X Pulse Pro connect to your already-logged-in browser (e.g., Chrome) to automate posting actions. This is a standard desktop automation approach.

The automation occurs entirely on your local machine, using your own browser session, your own IP address, and your own network. No data from your social media session is transmitted to XPulse Labs servers.

🎨AI Studio Credits (IG Pulse Pro)

IG Pulse Pro's AI Studio feature uses a credit system for image and video generation. When you use AI Studio:

• Your prompts or reference images are sent to a third-party AI generation service to produce content.
• We do not permanently store your prompts or generated media beyond what is needed to deliver the result to your app.
• Credit balances are tracked server-side and associated with your license key.

🔗Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Gumroad — Payment processing and license management. Your purchase is governed by Gumroad's Privacy Policy.
• Email Provider — For support communications only.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

🔒Data Security
