Terms of Service

📦License Grant

Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these Terms, XPulse Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a single Windows computer that you own or control.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your license key to another person
• Use a single license on multiple machines simultaneously
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Create derivative works based on the Software
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

💳Subscriptions & Billing

The Software is provided on a subscription basis, processed through Gumroad. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Monthly Plans: Billed every 30 days. You may cancel at any time; the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not auto-renew.
• Yearly Plans: Billed annually. Please review carefully before purchasing, as yearly plans are billed in full upfront.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
• Currency: Pricing is available in USD and TRY. The features included are identical regardless of currency.

🎨AI Studio Credits (IG Pulse Pro)

AI Studio credit packs are a separate purchase from your subscription and are subject to these additional terms:

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Credits never expire as long as your account is active.
• Credits are consumed when you use the AI image or video generation feature and are non-transferable.
• Credit amounts consumed per generation may change as underlying AI service costs change. We will communicate significant changes in advance.
• We do not guarantee the availability of the AI generation service at all times; however, we will not charge credits for failed generations.

🔄Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• If the Software fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases after the first 48 hours of use.
• AI Studio credit packs are non-refundable once purchased.
• Yearly plan refunds will be considered on a pro-rated basis for unused months if requested within 14 days of renewal.

⚠️Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Software responsibly and in compliance with the Terms of Service of Instagram, X (Twitter), and any other platforms you interact with through the Software.

You agree not to use the Software to:

• Distribute spam, misinformation, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or parties
• Attempt to circumvent platform security measures beyond normal browser automation

🖥️System Requirements & Support

The Software is currently available for Windows only. macOS and Linux are not supported.

Active subscribers receive all Software updates released during their subscription period.

Support is available via email at support@xpulselabs.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

🚫Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Your use of the Software is at your own risk.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, X Corp., or any other social media platform.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XPulse Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.

XPulse Labs's total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to XPulse Labs in the 12 months prior to the claim.

🔚Termination

XPulse Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the Software, or engage in fraudulent activity.

You may also terminate your use by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the Software.

📝Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
